Strive for excellence

Don’t do things any how. Aspire to get things done perfectly.

Levels of Excellence

When grading things or performance, it is sometimes said that ‘poor’ or ‘very poor’, good, very good, then excellent. This is a performance description of somebody or something.

If you go to the tertiary institutions, when you graduate after 3 or 4 years there are various grades you get when you are leaving the school. You can go to the university and get Pass. Then we have Third Class. There is also Second Class Lower and Second Class Upper. And then there is First Class.

Now even with the First Class, there are best students in various subjects and the best student in the entire university so there are levels.

Improve on Excellence

May you move from good and go above very good and become excellent. So that we can now be describing you as excellent and say you’ve achieved excellence.

One of the problems Africans have is that we are largely not a people of excellence. We do things any how. We don’t aspire to get things done perfectly. This year don’t do anything any how. Be mindful such that, whatever you do you must do it to perfection; aspire to the best.

Once you make up your mind that you want to be excellent, God’s grace will be available to you to get what is required.

God Bless You.

Be Saved Today

If you are reading this except and you have not received Jesus as your savior, kindly say this short prayer:

Dear Lord Jesus,
I am a sinner and cannot save myself.
I believe that you died for my sins and rose again.
Cleanse me with your blood and become the Lord over my life.
Thank you for your forgiveness, Amen
